Pictures Letters from Heaven

I have been translating Heavenletters for several years now.

Briefly about Heavenletters.

Gloria Wendroff. She is the one who started the Letters from Heaven.

In the last century. In English language, she was born in United States of America.

Her parents emigrated to USA, each separately, from Russia and Poland and met each other in USA.

Gloria, an English language and communication skills teacher, always wanted to be a writer.

Gloria turned out to be a very passionate writer, especially when she started talking to herself in the eighties. And answers came.

She has met God in her own way, and she has expressed that beautifully.

That is how the Letters from Heaven came into being.

And the name given to it is: “Heavenletters”.

A number of these Epistles of God have been translated by me, not nearly the 6,000 in number. Others have preceded me in translating and in other countries as well. They are spread far and wide in all sorts of ways.

For the website of wakkeremensen it is a kind of habit to add an image, I have continued that.

Initially searched and found images via the internet (free of copyright) and used, later, actually since 2021, started using my own work, partly.

And because not everyone is known or chooses to visit the website of ‘wakkeremensen’, I have decided to place the photos I took and such in the portfolio with some explanation.

Number 1 – For Letter 312

Title: The Field of Beingness

The chosen photo is of minerals, this is rock crystal with smoky quartz.

Inspired by ‘the Being of Existence’ because minerals and precious stones are that too, beings of and with an existence.

Number 2 – For Letter 335

Title: One Thread at a Time

Translated in October, spider period.

A few days before the translation, the garden turned out to be full of such cobwebs. I took pictures of that and chose this one for the Letter.

I called it ‘the Weaver’ because it is indeed made one thread at a time. In the first sentence of the Letter, it says: “Instead of thinking that life is complicated, I consider it simple.”

Number 3 – For Letter 515

Title: Who or What?

With reference to the last sentence of the Letter:

“Yes, you are the waves of the Ocean, and therefore you are the Ocean, and who or what can deviate from Itself?”

Number 4 – For Letter 537

Title: Draw a Yellow Sun

God invites:

“Don’t rely so much on your thoughts. They are old cards and now draw a new one.

Draw a yellow sun for where I am, then draw yourself around Me.

I am your heart, your invincible heart. You will find Me in your heart.”

Like the invitation, like that.

Number 5 – For Letter 562

Title: One Beautiful Being of Light

As a lover of clouds, sky and light, I regularly take pictures of them.

A little edited for expressing the Being of Light.

Number 6 – For Letter 589

Title: The World is Waiting

Chosen by Waiting. What are we waiting for…

A digital photo of an analog color photo.

Once I lived two floors up and took pictures like this.

Number 7 – For Letter 596

Title: The Meeting of Hearts

Drawing work, clearly with ‘heart’ as the starting point. With colored pencils.

One heart meets another in the Universe.

Number 8 – For Letter 599

Title: Nothing but Light

Same as number 5. All that beautiful light, digitally beautiful too.

Number 9 – For Letter 611

Title: Potholes

Quote Letter: “This is not pretending potholes don’t exist.

This is shifting your attention to the rest of the way, shifting your attention from what is absent to what is present.”

The photo was recently taken near where I live.

It’s a pothole. This one is in a willow tree.

Beautiful, aren’t those colors and the mysterious!

Number 10 – For Letter 614

Title: Heaven

Quote: “Heaven is where I am. When your heart stirs with Me, you have a hint of Heaven. But most of the time you have no idea, let alone hope that Heaven is imminent for you. Yet Heaven is now available.”

I suppose quite a few people form an image of Heaven or can remember ‘what’ due to certain unique circumstances.

It is not a physical place, in the materialistic as on Earth.

Still, I used that, I came across it in the kitchen to be very honest and made this image.

My thought on this, it’s there. It is a situation, an existence.

As a kind of cue, kind of like a creature with wings, “come teleport with me.”

Number 11 – For Letter 620

Title: God and Man

The word heart occurs in the Epistle. God and Man both have Heart.

Made in a period when I could be more creative with my sister.

That’s a bit different now, but this is what happened.

Heart made of MDF board and with residual material from our creativity.

All very small pieces of paste.

Number 12 – For Letter 623

Title: God’s Eyes

How do you come to combine this?

It says in the briefing, “The world is on a larger scale than you have imagined, and you are on a larger scale than you have imagined.” And: “See further.”

I looked on the internet, for “free wallpaper larger scale.”

Then there were all kinds of wallpaper and lots of flowers.

And one of them was in black and white tones, kind of gray and everything, with super big flowers. I thought beautiful!

Looked at my own photo collection of flowers, there was these one of those two flowers.

As if they were looking at something with many facets.

I made it black and white and enlarged it. That felt, for here in the now, it suffices. Hence.

Number 13 – For Letter 643

Title: The Nature of Blessing

Carnation flower.

These flowers were bought for Easter.

What beautiful colors and unfolding flowers opulence.

So, inviting to take a picture of.

I had already done that before I translated this Heavenletter.

It turned out to fit so nicely.

For the publication at wakkeremensen, I added Be Blessed in matching color.

Number 14 – For Letter 657

Title: Possibilities

That woke up something to start tinkering for the image.

For the possibilities. In the digital field, I have little experience making art. On the basis of advice via the internet on how to get it in a round shape, this succeeded after a while.

The photo of the ‘branches’ is from longer ago, from Easter 2008, so-called Easter branches. For inside the house in a vase.

Number 15 – Letter 660

Title: Divine Love

At first, I typed in some suitable words on the internet to find an image. It wasn’t all that.

Then came to my mind, the fantastic training I’ve had as a medical arts therapist. Basic Light and Darkness.

The image is of a large storage folder for drawings, etc., with such a cloudy black and white exterior. Slightly enlarged and modified.

Number 16 – Letter 662

Title: Now

As a successor to the previous one in terms of translation, another intentional Writing from the Creator. As if you are whole of all that you are, I have written something for you in words again, it is Now what is, but there is movement.

For me, the appropriate image is important. That something has to match. I collect everything from nature, with a sense of responsibility and a touch of shamanism.

The pebbles, I also think they are very beautiful by the way, I have them in a small box and that is the picture of it. It seems to be standing still, or less moving, but actually it is not at all. But it does exude peace and simplicity to the human eye and soul.

Number 17 – For Letter 670

Title: Goldenness

All I could think of was an image with something that looks like gold.

Gold from jewelry could be used, but it wasn’t quiet.

For ‘art’ I have to deal with that wafer-thin, weight-wise, very light, gold-coloured material, as light as snowflakes and you can hardly grasp it. That’s where the photo was taken. Close-up and a filter applied.

It was also about the ability to see light through it.

Then came this image, digital. Picture in existence to represent it.

Number 18 – For letter 691

Title: The Light of the World

Analogous color photo of a sky from the previous house. (2001-2006)

Nice, soft colors and some, let me call it, more substantial parts as a kind of drawing. Digitized January 2022.

Number 19 – For letter 703

Title: God says

The intention was to publish the translated Heavenletters and additions 2022, 2023 (partly) as printed matter for sale. This image is a kind of setup for the front page. Now used as an image when God says…

Number 20 – For letter 707

Title: Listen with your heart

Made by me in 2019, to illustrate the Ode to… what should I call this? Dots or dots (Eng.) The name given to it is Hartemblemey. A little imagination can go a long way. Some symbolism with colors and all circles, heart shape, the poppy and ladybug and a bit of a smiley. Fitted nice for this.

Nummer 21 – For letter 720
Titel: Beyond Dimension

A bit of digital tinkering with a close-up photo of a mineral and some old poetry pictures, which are placed in a heart in/on the photo of the mineral.

Nummer 22 – For brief 725
Titel: The Event of Our Oneness

This comes from the artistic training at De Wervel. The assignment was to artistically display an autumn leaf of your choice in various ways.This is watercolor and ink. Ink done with an old dip pen.

Nummer 23 – For letter 735
Titel: Creation and Appreciation
 
I had translated the letter and initially had no idea how to accompany this with an image. Then, luckily, the thought of photo booth came. I walked into the garden and started taking pictures with the options. This is a garden tile with the light tunnel effect option.
 
Nummer 24 – For letter 741
Titel: Harmony
 
Same story as with letter 735, no idea. I started looking around in my iPhoto collections of all kinds and then this came into view and I found it very useful, also the colors it represents in weaving.
 

Nummer 25 – For letter 747
Titel: Doors
 
Three in a row, no idea what kind of accompanying image to add. The sniff option has been applied again in iPhoto’s own material. This is the back of a clock, which belonged to my parents. With that one, special clock door. Using photo technology, a different print of a box pattern is used to indicate that there is more than 1 door
